Don Garfinkel has been playing guitar since he was a pre-teen. Aways the folky, he learned Travis picking and other folk and blues guitar stylings at the Esther Halpern School of Guitar in Philadelphia from none other than John Oates before there was a Hall and Oates.  Now a vocalist and guitarist with a Rock/Latin fusion sound, Don writes his own songs with his particular sense of humor and harmonic sensibilities. Playing with such talented band mates in the Vaqueros has been a dream come true.
